![]() ![]() Also getting shipping request before stage 3 is also quite uncommon, so it doesn't help much either. And if I don't find the card on the earlier stages, it doesn't help much. During such runs I usually only bump into 4-5 multishops and most of the time there is only 1 (or 0) relevant items in those shops. My usual runs end in either 1st loop Mithrix or obliteration. Every single fuel cell greatly drops the value of the credit card. AND you would have to NOT run into any other powerful equipment synergies. The card is a GOOD item for the 1st loop or 2, but it NEEDS multiple things to go right for it to be better than the GREAT items, especially since it's an equipment, so it's directly competing against other items.įor the card to be REALLY good, you would have to bump into quite a few multishops and at least some of those multishops would have to have multiple GOOD items. That means that the mediocre and the bad situations shouldn't be dismissed. Instead we should consider how good they are on average. I agree, but we shouldn't evaluate the items JUST on the perfect state. The point of any tier list isn't necessarily that an item is perfect in every single situation I do agree that the shipping request greatly increases the value of the card, though I wouldn't put either of them in S in a normal run. I would also argue that upgrading your stacks of chronobauble into ICBM or other super strong red item feel vastly better, but that doesn't mean I'd put benthic bloom into S tier. Sure, but how often does that happen? Not very, based on the probably thousands of multishops I've seen through my entire gametime lol. Theres no better feeling than getting a uke, atg and random green all from one multishop The others are effectively just potential scrap and marginal value. It sounds insane in theory, but in practice you usually only care about 1 of the items anyway (if any). One is that openning a multishop multiple times is insane. Just because it is potentially amazing doesn't mean that it is even good in practice. It's definitely better than some greens, but it isn't anywhere near as good as the actually good green items. And until (or rather if) you do find the printer, it's literally not even an item. and this is true for EVERY survivor, so card is by far the best equipment in the game, until we get to the later loops (where you've already won anyway tbh).Īnd I usually find 0 in my runs, sometimes 1 lol. But in most situations, within the first three loops, credit card soundly beats other equipment, as it progresses you toward your end game build much faster, and no equipment in the game is remotely close to being as powerful as a proc chain of AtG, Uke, Wisps, Gas etc. The point of any tier list isn't necessarily that an item is perfect in every single situation (AtG aside), Simulacrum for example requires another tier list entirely, and in the case of this list crit goggles get better over time but for bandit especially before you find AtG they're sub par for the first loop. Hell, sometimes you don't even do a gesture build because you find void cells instead and some survivors R button is worth more than equipment. 98% of the time you wont get that pocket I.C.B.M., 99% of the time you aren't getting very far on your gesture + fuel cell loop right away. But 95% of the time you don't need boss damage. If you need boss damage should you swap to a royal capacitor? Of course you should. should you swap to missle launcher? Of course you should, missle launcher + pocket I.C.B.M. Is the card good if you find it at stage 20? Not really, unnecssary at that point especially because you probably started a gesture + fuel cell loop on something like tonic. This leads to card scaling you far faster than you normally get to scale, which makes the game easy mode. The other big thing is that shipping list, another S tier item, is ALSO a multishop, one which can regularly get at least one red item with enough stacks. You turn one item into 3, and theres no better feeling than getting a uke, atg and random green all from one multishop. Now for the card there are a few things to consider. You find ONE good green printer and regenerating scrap already beats out most green items. You legit only need to find two green scrappers for super scrap to have value, THAT'S why it's insane. ![]()
